Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in the currency shown at the time of order and may change without notice. Payment must be completed through one of our accepted methods before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to courier, stock, or address issues. We'll let you know if there's a significant delay to your order.

Returns and warranty

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with photos and your order details, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Electronics and furniture may carry manufacturer warranties, which we'll pass along where applicable.

Product information

We try to keep descriptions, dimensions, and images accurate, but slight variations (finish, colour, packaging) can occur between what's shown and what's delivered, particularly for handmade or natural-material vessels and furniture.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, you agree that we may reply there with order updates, confirmations, and support responses. You can stop this at any time by telling us or by blocking our number.
